SALON POLICY + BOOKING T&C'S

- No cancellations or changes are allowed within 3 days of your appointment otherwise any deposits made will be forfeited

- If you have been a NO SHOW in the past, we have the right to refuse another booking at our salon

- Deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE! If you need to change or cancel your appointment and it is more than 3 days notice, then the deposit will be put towards your next booking or can be redeemable on hair products

- If for any reason you are not absolutely thrilled with your hair, then please contact us asap and we will have you back in the salon to rectify any issues. We have a 10 day grace period in which we will allow you to come back to the salon to amend. After our 10 day grace period, any services will be full price

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS OF YOUR SERVICE GIVEN!
